About the event
Hello Potential weavers I am so excited that you are reading this and considering learning to weave with me. It is truly a wonderful to weave and chat away for hours. Human connectivity and creativity spikes and stress decreases.
This course is purposefully designed to fit into the relaxing zone of the weekend with two Sunday afternoons blocks. These being the 3rd and 17th of May from 1-5 pm.
You will Learn the tradional skills of coil basket weaving using native fibres in the beautiful surrounds of Woolgoolgas Blossoming Community Gardens.
I will be teaching -
* how to gather weavable native fibres in a sustainable way to care for tha plants and environment
* how to prepare these fibres for weaving
