Taking a moment to drop into the heart and listen to her pulse can save a lifetime of struggle. We will share a heart focused movement meditation and a heart focused sharing cirlcle. Learning to share and listen from the Heart in this sacred context will ripple out into your dialy life so that you can lead youself with guidance that is heart infused!
